At Naivri, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience. While we do not offer general returns, we take full responsibility in cases where a customer receives a wrong or defective product.
When Are Returns Accepted
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

You received the wrong product.

The product received is defective or damaged.
Returns are not accepted for:

Dislike of the product
How to Report a Wrong or Damaged Product
Please email us at naivrindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
For defective or damaged items:

Attach a video recording of the unboxing clearly showing the issue.

Include your order ID and a brief description of the problem.
Return and Refund Process
Once we receive your request, our team will review it. If approved, we will either:

Ship a replacement (for defective or damaged items), or
-
Arrange a return pickup or ask you to ship the item back, depending on the case.
Returned products must be:

Unused
-
In their original packaging
-
In saleable condition
After the returned product is received and reviewed, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note:

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of the seller.

Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days of approval.

It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped or picked up from the store.

For Store Pickup orders, cancellation is allowed only before the order is marked as ‘Ready for Pickup’ or handed over at the store.

Once an order has been shipped or picked up, cancellation is no longer possible. If eligible, you may raise a return request as per our Return Policy.
Cancellation Charges & Refunds

A 10% restocking & inventory handling fee applies to all approved cancellations, including:

Online delivery orders

Local delivery orders

Store pickup orders

The remaining amount will be refunded after your cancellation request is reviewed and approved by our team.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take a few banking days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
