Refund policy

At Naivri, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience. While we do not offer general returns, we take full responsibility in cases where a customer receives a wrong or defective product.

When Are Returns Accepted

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product received is defective or damaged.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size or color preference

  • Dislike of the product

How to Report a Wrong or Damaged Product

Please email us at naivrindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

For defective or damaged items:

  • Attach a video recording of the unboxing clearly showing the issue.

  • Include your order ID and a brief description of the problem.

Return and Refund Process

Once we receive your request, our team will review it. If approved, we will either:

  • Ship a replacement (for defective or damaged items), or

  • Arrange a return pickup or ask you to ship the item back, depending on the case.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In saleable condition

After the returned product is received and reviewed, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refund approval is at the sole discretion of the seller.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days of approval.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped or picked up from the store.

  • For Store Pickup orders, cancellation is allowed only before the order is marked as ‘Ready for Pickup’ or handed over at the store.

  • Once an order has been shipped or picked up, cancellation is no longer possible. If eligible, you may raise a return request as per our Return Policy.

Cancellation Charges & Refunds

  • A 10% restocking & inventory handling fee applies to all approved cancellations, including:

    • Online delivery orders

    • Local delivery orders

    • Store pickup orders

  • The remaining amount will be refunded after your cancellation request is reviewed and approved by our team.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take a few banking days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
