Shipping policy
1. General Policy
Naivri is a distinctly curated online store operated by Purab Enterprises, based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. We manage all order processing, packaging, and dispatch directly from our own facility to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday. No shipments are processed or dispatched on Tuesdays, our weekly off day, or on public holidays.
2. Shipping Coverage
Naivri currently offers delivery across India, with same-day or next-day delivery available on eligible products within Delhi NCR.
Certain bulky or restricted items may be limited to local delivery only. In such cases, higher temporary shipping charges (e.g., ₹1999) may appear to block orders from non-serviceable areas.
3. Shipping Timelines

Delhi NCR: Same-day or next-day delivery on eligible products.

Rest of India: Standard delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier service availability.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather, or festive periods.
Orders placed after 1 PM are generally processed the next working day. Orders placed on Tuesdays will be processed on Wednesday.

Additional delivery fees may apply for remote or non-serviceable locations.
5. Order Processing & Dispatch
Once an order is confirmed, it is packed and dispatched within the stated time frame.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with tracking details once the order has been shipped.
If any delay occurs, our team will contact you with an update and revised delivery schedule.
6. Tracking & Delivery
You can track your order through the link provided via email or SMS after dispatch.
Naivri is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a shipment is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier service immediately and inform us at naivrindia@gmail.com for assistance.
7. Non-Delivery & Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to our facility.
If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery, additional charges may apply for re-dispatch.
8. Local Pickup
Customers located near Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad can opt for store pickup by prior confirmation.
Pickup timings will be shared once the order is ready for collection.
