All prices listed on Naivri are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable at the time of placing your order will be final.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment details and authorize us to charge the total order amount, including any applicable shipping charges.

Naivri does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Only prepaid orders are accepted.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Naivri primarily serves customers in Delhi NCR, offering same-day or next-day delivery options on eligible products.

For certain bulky or restricted items, a temporary high shipping charge (e.g., ₹1999) may be shown to block orders from non-serviceable locations.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once dispatched, the risk of loss passes to the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Naivri does not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or preference.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The wrong item was delivered, or

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with a clear unboxing video to naivrindia@gmail.com.
